Hello, My name is Rachel and this is my healthy lifestyle and thinspiration blog!
I'm NOT here to tell you that you're "fat" or that you should have a "thigh gap and hip bones". I'm here because I'm on a mission to lose weight, become healthy, change my life and become a better me. I lost myself to depression for a year, but now I'm back, and I'm ready to be better than ever! My plan for this blog, is to be able to help others with living a healthy lifestyle, and losing weight..if that's what they come to me for of course. I'm certainly not an expert, but I have learned a good deal about dieting and living healthy along the way. I want to be able to share what I know with others, and let others share what they know with me. So now I'm going to end this by inviting you to join me on my mission to a healthier life :)
